These are great bands. They do not slide down your legs nor bunch up like thinner bands do. They do stretch out a little over time but are well worth the money. They really help with resistance strength training.

Very effective and I really like the different resistance levels

These come 3 to a pack and I have to say I really enjoy using them. The light one is way to easy for me so I started using the medium and wow. It's crazy tough, you really have to pull and can feel your muscles. Once the medium becomes to easy, I will try the hard. I would recommend these, they come in a carrying pouch and work well.

I got these for Pilates and I'm so excited. They are very good quality. The stretchiness is going to be interesting the heavy is a lot heavier than I was expecting. But I haven't done much with resistance bands before so that's not saying much. The inside has a grippy material weaved in. Almost like a rubber band. It is dark gray and you can see it in my photos. It stays in place great and I love them. I think they were a still at the price I got them for. They are amazing quality. I don't see any flaws in them!

Sturdy and well made wider bands. . I have purchased others not as well made.

They're fair bands.. i've only used my bands now A couple of times and they're already starting to stretch out... And i'm not overdoing it or overworking the bands.. So a little disappointed that the areas where it's not reinforced by the elasticity that it's starting to stretch out
