Very nice essential oil. I thought Thyme would smell harsher, but it's not too bad, especially when blended. It IS gentler than other thyme chemotypes. It has a slightly woody, peppery, herbaceous scent to it. Linalool is the component that is important.. but I've never seen it spelled like this. I'm used to the spelling of: Linalol. So Thyme is good to ward off illness, respiratory problems, and digestive issues. It can be useful in skin cleansers and toners because of its astringent qualities. Overall, this bottle of Thyme is a good essential oil to own, as it can come in handy for many medicinal blends.

Great product. I use it to help me sleep—I rub some on the bottom of each big toe! Prompt delivery to my door.

I have used Thyme oil as an anti-viral treatment for tick bites as well as other viral infections of the skin for years. I always like to keep it on hand and recently when I went to use it, I only had a few drops left. It's hard to find in stores so I was very happy to be able to get it on Amazon at a great price and delivered quickly.

I use essential oils in all my bath/ body care items and have been doing so for years. It's a process to figure out what really works compared to what is supposed to work... this stuff WORKS and hard!! Thyme always burned my skin until I found this.

This has a lighter smell then the Thyme Thymol but works just as good. I prefer the Thymol one for antibacterial properties, but this is a very close second. Love Plant Therapy's oils, great quality for a reasonable price!
