It is an Epiphone 12-string acoustic guitar. I have one and can say it's a great, value-priced instrument. I got one last year from Sam Ash Music via Amazon for only $160.

How is the action on this guitar? Has anyone had problems with the action being to high, and/or not be able to adjust the action to be low enough?

The action is fine. Not high at all. I pretty much played it right out of the box. Stays in tune great, I have used it for recording. For the price it's a great deal. And yes, u can adjust the action easily if you need too.
