This is the final touch to protect your valuable, or anyway treasured, silver, silver gilt, or plated items. First apply the best cleaning polish, then use this to preserve it. It makes brass, gold plate, and silver/silver plate gleam as it gleamed maybe 300 years ago when it was made. Very easy to apply, and if you're ever seeking to sell your precious and semi-precious metals, you NEED this to bring out the best in them. Now, yes, I know it's wood wax: it works well on wooden items too, I polish and seal my walking sticks with it - but it also protects the polish/cleaner on metal items; that's what I bought it for, and it works well.

Applies easily, only had a short time, so we’ll see how it holds up.

I read that this was useful to clean up and protect the chrome on a Hasselblad 500CM camera (like that one that went to the moon), I had one which had seen better days and decided to preserve it for a little longer by taking off the worst of the chrome flakes and bubbling before applying this to the chrome. It came up great and the pot is large enough to preserve many more cameras for many more years.

I cannot fault the seller or delivery service, but "shrinkflation" has certainly been applied since I last purchased the item

This is a superb product, leaves a lovely protective shine & only requires a tiny amount.
