It's great, I'm well impressed. I've built a media PC for my living room in a Silverstone GD09 which is a pretty cool case for ATX motherboards but in a small housing to fit into your media/hifi cabinets n all that. Brilliant case but it doesn't leave much room for your usual tower CPU coolers. Got this be quiet! BK002 Shadow Rock LP CPU Cooler after reading a few reviews on Tom's and the usual places, and it's great. Easy enough to install and set up, great packaging and extra bits and fittings, does the job very well. Is very quiet, as it should be from be quiet!

Very nicely made and packaged. Thermal compound ready applied to heat block (so be careful handling!). Look and feel is very premium. Instructions are quite minimal but it's not exactly rocket science. Mounting system is well thought out and simple. Unfortunately, the performance isn't up to par for 130W TDP. It is rated for 130W but on a Xeon 1650 at idle, on an open bench system (23°C ambient) and less than a minute after booting, the CPU sat at 49°C. That was with the fan running full whack between 1500-1600RPM. I thought that I must have messed up the mounting so unmounted, removed the thermal paste, reapplied (some MX4) new paste and reseated. No difference. I didn't bother with stress testing or even just running day to day tasks. That idle temp at full speed fan is simply too high for my liking. I would venture that this cooler might be OK for 100W TDP or less. On a positive note, the fan is quiet even at full whack, and the fit and finish quality is excellent. It might be suitable for your system.

Using this on an mini ITX motherboard, it's nearly 3/4 of the size of the whole board, and fits perfectly around the mosfets, RAM and other components. It's slightly fiddly to install the thicker brace that holds it down, you may need a thin, long screwdriver to screw it in, and the spring clips on the fan are a little tricky to install. The stock intel cooler that this replaced was a noisy beast, this easily cools 10-15C more than the stock cooler, and the fan is as good as silent on 100%.

Once you eventually get it mounted on an AMD cpu it is actually good at cooling for sure. Not as quiet as Noctua, but acceptable and within similar cooling capability as the Noctua. That said I would never buy this again, it simply has the worst ever mounting system I have ever seen. Plenty of videos around complain about it too. It is THAT much of a detractor that I would not ever consider buying it and I cannot recommend it to anyone either. Trick missed with a very bad mounting solution.

I went from using the stock Ryzen 3600x cooler (which was like a jet engine) so anything was going to be an improvement. This cooler though really surprised me! Temps were like 5-8 degrees cooler, and this thing is near silent. Mounting was easy enough with clear instructions. Highly recommend. Just remember this is a low profile cooler so RAM clearance may be an issue. Although my RAM was too high I was able to reverse the position so it hangs over the I/O and VRMS.

This is an excellent cooler, but it needs some care and patience to fit successfully. For an AMD CPU, you have to heed the instruction to only LOOSELY fit the mounting bracket screws until AFTER you've attached the unit and clips to the AMD mainboard. Otherwise you cannot clip it on. Once running, the unit runs very well: extremely quiet, and my CPU is 7 degrees cooler than before. The downside on this delivery from Amazon E.U. was that parts were missing and the unit had obviously been tried on an AMD motherboard before. There was no thermal paste on the heatsink, where it is supposed to be 'pre-applied' for this model; one of the 2 retaining screws was missing for the AMD fixing bracket; and the cooling fins were bent and buckled around where the AMD bracket attaches to the cooler. I would guess that someone had struggled with it, then sent it back to Amazon, probably complaining that it didn't fit. Not very good, Amazon: not checking properly before sending it to another customer; and not stating honestly that the product was a previously returned item. I have been building PCs for years, so worked around the problem to save the bother of sending the unit back.

Excellent delivery turnaround by Amazon as per usual, a bit fiddly to install and especially when trying to align up the two mounting screws - I also strongly recommend that you source a very slim phillips screw driver when attempting to do this part of the assembly as otherwise you can bend the fins when attempting to tighten the screws themselves because of the two screw gaps being very narrow. Besides that - the cooler itself performs very well and really surprised me considering it's low profile and also taking into account that I'm using it for my Mini ITX build. Idle temps are the usual 35-40c depending how warm my room is at any given time but full load / gaming temps never seem to exceed 60c. Doing a full blown CPU stress test in say AIDA64 only see's the temps max out to 64c as well. Noise temps being a Be Quiet cooler do not disappoint either, virtually silent when idle and still somewhat quiet even when at full pelt. Overall - very happy and would recommend.

I just installed this cooler on my FX-8350 CPU. It was a nightmare to fit it and required a lot of stress while doing so. I have fitted many coolers to many computers so this is not something I am new to. When I finally got it on it was loose fitting and wobbled around, despite being as tight as it should be on the mount. The fan that went on it was also difficult to connect and once on it too was wobbly and did not feel at all secure. It looks okay, that is the one thing I can say in its favour, but that is all. I would avoid this one if I were you and go for one that has a direct connection to the back plate as that is a lot more secure.

Best low profile fan out there cpu temp under heavy use went from 70 Celsius to 50. So quite you won't even know its on

Dissipatore veramente ottimo, la ventola a giri alti fa rumore ma non ci arriva mai dato che ha prestazioni più che ottime; quindi di fatto è inudibile quasi sempre! Ho un "vecchio" core i5 2500k e facendo stress test con prime95 e altri (quindi casi d'uso estremi che col normale utilizzo non si hanno mai) arriva al massimo a 64-65 gradi!! Un unico appunto: attenzione alle misure della scheda madre e dei componenti connessi! Ho dovuto installarlo con la parte "sporgente" verso l'alto perchè altrimenti mi copriva lo slot per la scheda video (ho una scheda madre mini-ITX) e ci sta appena appena! Per quanto riguarda la ram è sufficiente avere quelle low-profile e non ci sono problemi.

Rares sont les ventirads low profile avec les ailettes dans le "bon sens" (vers le haut) pour du am4+, moins 5°c par rapport à un IS-55 et le silence est d'or. Rentre impec dans boitier Jonsbo C6 + alimentation sfx sinon c'est juste. Seul hic le prix neuf est élevé je trouve (acheté en seconde main pou 30€) donc à chercher en occasion car peu d'alternative... La config en question : Ryzen 4500 / 16 go 3200 mhz / RX 6600 🤖

He comprado este ventilador porque necesitaba algo que enfriara un I7 Gen8 montado en una torre Slim Matx (Unika Matx sobremesa 2010) ha superado todas mis expectativas en absoluto. Pros: *Muy silencioso - tengo la torre en cima de mi mesa justo al lado del monitor y solo escuchas ruido si pones el oido pegado a la torre (es cierto que uso una fuente ultra silenciosa que tambien ayuda a bajar el nivel de ruido Corsair SF450) total ruido de la torre 12db *Enfria a 26ºC el CPU sin apenas esfuerzo *Capacidad de 130W TDP - O sea es capaz de enfriar un I7 K con overclocking dentro de una torre Matx *Debido a su tamaño cubre las memorias RAM y de paso las enfria tambien *Precio muy accesible cuando tienes en cuenta las caracteristicas del ventilador en relacion a otras marcas Contras: *Es gigantesco - Como se puede ver en la foto cubre casi toda la motherboard *Si quieres ampliar RAM tienes que desmontar el ventilador para cualquier tipo de cambio *Un poco lioso para montarlo, viene con varios adaptadores como admite muchos tipos de Sockets - De 1 a 5 de dificuldad le doy un 3. Hay que leer el manual de instrucciones con atención. Muy recomendable!!!!

Lo recibí hoy y lo instalé hace un rato, no tuve que leer el instructivo para saber como colocarlo en mi motherboard (aunque es muy recomendable hacerlo, sobre todo si no tienes mucha experiencia en computadoras), aunque cabe señalar que tuve que desmontar la motherboard de mi gabinete para instalarlo. En cuanto a rendimiento, es excelente, mi motherboard se calienta demasiado pero la parte que excede el tamaño del socket del cpu, me ayuda a enfriarla, también es funcional si lo colocas al lado contrario para enfriar tu memoria RAM (sólo RAM con cubierta pequeña, si usas Corsair Vengeance o parecidas no cabe) No lo he probado exhaustivamente, pero puedo poner hasta ahora que sin carga se mantiene ~23°C y con Rise of the Tomb Rider en Ultra Settings no pasa de 50°C
