Are these okay to use on the waterline?

Yes, this is what I use it for Its waterproof which is what I look for to line my waterline, not going to lie I can sometimes find that although it claims to be waterproof i do find it does wear off along the waterline, not if it fades because of the daily use along the waterline, but my eyes do tend to sometime run, so its something your have to figure out, but i really like it for that im trying to find a barry M nude waterproof liner for a more natural look, good luck hope this brand works for you

Hi there, this is a pencil you need to sharpen. But to be honest with you u would really look for another one. I brought this and it was absolute rubbish, clumpy and didn't go on properly. Save your money 
