I had the smaller one which was fine for light duty but it would not remove paint down to the metal. ] This unit will remove rust and paint leaving nice bear metal. I used an undersized pressure washer (older 3000psi 2,5 gpm karcher) and it removed paint and rust but slow. I've ordered a unit closer to the recommended capacity, a 42oo psi with 4 gpm, to ensure enough power and flow to allow me to get things done faster. needed a cost effective way to clean old weathered Roots, Driftwood and Timbers, many of which are covered in years of moss & dirt in general. This kit brings the wood back to a nice clean finish. I use medium grit coal slag and have had no problem with clogging Or difficulty in sucking the medium through the 25ft hose. Although Wojet recommends at least 3.0+ gpm. I am useing a 3200psi @ 2.5 gpm. and it works perfectly for my application. Very happy with my choice & purchase.

Blaster works really well, I cleaned up a rusty truck frame and it knocked off the rust down to bare metal fairly easy. Be aware you are going to go through a fair bit of sand, a 25 kg bag disappears rather quickly so if you can buy bulk it is the way to go. Flash rust is an issue when wet blasting especially if you use well water like I do. Some kind of rust inhibitor mixed with the water would be preferable. I personally really like the no dust blasting, but of course the sand is a total loss when it’s wet, small price to pay I figure. WOJET backs up their product really well, when I contacted them because I thought the nozzle washed out rather quickly, they sent me a whole new unit for free including shipping. Reason being the nozzles are on back order until end of August. I was impressed, new kit was here in two days.
