iPhone 14 – Better Than Expected!
I don’t usually leave long reviews, but this purchase deserves it. I ordered a refurbished iPhone 14 listed as “excellent condition,” and honestly, it feels like I received a brand-new phone. The phone arrived well-packaged, secure, and clean — not a single scratch, ding, or smudge anywhere. I inspected it very closely under good lighting, and I genuinely couldn’t tell it was refurbished. The screen is flawless, the body looks new, and all the buttons and ports work perfectly. One of my biggest concerns was the battery, since that’s where a lot of refurbs cut corners. To my surprise, this phone came with 100% battery health — something even many new iPhones don’t always hold for long! That means the battery was either replaced recently or has barely been used. In daily use, the battery easily lasts me through the day with heavy tasks like streaming, browsing, calls, and navigation. No sudden drops or weird behavior at all. Performance is exactly what you’d expect from an iPhone 14: smooth, fast, no lag, and ready to handle anything. Face ID works perfectly, cameras are sharp, and the speakers are crisp. It also updated to the latest iOS without any issues. As for the seller — communication was clear, shipping was fast, and they obviously took pride in delivering a quality product. Many people hesitate with Amazon refurbs because it can be hit-or-miss depending on who you buy from, but this seller clearly values their reputation. I would absolutely buy from them again. Overall, I’m extremely satisfied. I essentially got a “like-new” iPhone 14 for a much better price than buying brand new. If you’re on the fence about refurbished, let this be your sign: it’s worth it when you get a seller who takes care of their products. I couldn’t be happier with this purchase. ✅ Pros: • Looked brand new (zero scratches or scuffs) • Battery health at 100% (a huge win) • Excellent performance & functionality • Secure packaging and quick delivery • Trusted seller that delivers on promises ❌ Cons: • Honestly none so far — if anything changes, I’ll update this review, but right now I’m impressed.

Like new! But Apple ID ….
Amazing phone! It was like new … no scratches or anything. I wanted to make a new Apple ID over the phone but wasn’t allowed too. It told me to many accounts were created over it. So I moved to my laptop and did it on the apple I cloud site.

1st purchase was great! This one was not!
I have had this iPhone for 38 days. It has the worst battery life of any iPhone I've ever owned, and I have owned ONLY iPhones since the first version was released 17 years ago. This is the second iPhone 14 that I've bought from the renewed store . The first one I bought on December 4th, 2023, and I could not have been happier with the phone. It arrived in brand new condition, and performed flawlessly. On the recommendation of a friend, I checked the battery health and charging after having it for MONTHS and it was at 100%! I was thrilled! I absolutely loved the phone! I never had a single problem with it. Unfortunately, on July 30 of this year I dropped it, and it was beyond repair. I immediately went back to the Amazon renewed store and purchased another iPhone 14 because my experience with the first one was so fantastic. It arrived in new looking condition, exactly like the one I bought in December 2023. It was not scratched or anything really noticeable, it just seemed to be "worn" a little bit, but I fully understood that it was a renewed phone, and any cosmetic issues were not that important to me, including the color, which, when my iPhone is in its case, you cannot tell what color it is anyway. Unfortunately, I DID NOT look at the battery health and charging when I first got the phone 38 days ago, but I did look at it about two weeks ago, and it said 93%. I thought, ok, it's a renewed phone, it's not going to have 100% battery life. I can live with that. Well, I just looked at it today and it's now at 90% battery health and charging. So this phone is dying quickly. After being fully charged it dies within hours. I have it completely set up for optimized battery life. I have lost emails and messages that I was in the middle of composing, and the phone just dies. I've been in the middle of important phone calls when the phone dies, simply because I had just fully charged it a few hours before that, and thought I would be fine for hours to come. I just had a total shoulder replacement surgery a week ago, and I was on the phone with my doctors office yesterday about my first post-op appointment, and my phone died in the middle of it. I thought I had HOURS left before the phone would die. Then I had to plug it in, and wait for it to come back alive, so I could call my doctor back and hopefully not wait a half hour after losing my place in line. On top of that is also has issues with the touchscreen being glitchy, and sometimes I have to tap on things several times to get them to work. As I said, I have been an iPhone owner/user since the very first version came out 17 years ago. I've always loved all my iPhones, and I will continue to be an iPhone user for the rest of my life. This is in no way reflection on Apple iPhones whatsoever. They are an amazing and fantastic piece of technology. I think I just got a bad one for the first time in my life. Luckily, I have just checked and I have until November 6th to return this phone, and I WILL be returning it. The problem is, what do I do in the meantime? Am I expected to buy a new one and get that shipped to me, transfer all my information from this phone to the new one, and then return this one? That is extremely hard to do financially! I am actually still paying for this phone on my Amazon Prime American Express card! Or, do I return this phone and wait until the refund has been issued and then buy another phone? Then wait until that is sent to me. I would not have a phone for at least a week in the interim, and we all know these days that's a practical impossibility. I am also having several medical issues. Like I said, I just had a total shoulder replacement surgery last Monday, September 9th, and have several upcoming follow up appointments, and physical therapy appointments. I also have several other non-related medical issues that definitely require that I have a phone. I just don't know what to do.

It’s a good product’ 8/10 80% battery life, ehh still feels like it drains But it’s decent for now. It’ll last like 2-3 yrs 8-10hrs of use it’ll probably need charging Comes in about 3-4days that’s the awesome part & it works. Price good but the shipping tax is crazy

Apple iPhone 14 (128GB/256GB/512GB) – 6.1" Super Retina XDR Display
The iPhone 14 is a reliable and well-rounded smartphone that delivers smooth performance for everyday use. Its 6.1” OLED display offers vibrant colors and sharp detail, while the A15 Bionic chip ensures fast and responsive operation. The camera system performs especially well in low-light conditions, making it great for photos and videos. While it doesn’t introduce major upgrades over its predecessor, it remains a solid choice for users who want a dependable iPhone experience without going for the latest model. Pros: smooth performance, great camera, high-quality display Cons: limited upgrades compared to previous generation

Working just fine thus far.
So far, so good. First iPhone 14 refurbished I got from another supplier went dreaded black screen on me, and no online "trick" or jailbreak would bring it back. Sent that one back and got this as a replacement. Been working just fine thus fare. I have it in a Shieldon protective case Looks great.

Great deal
I’m really happy with my purchase of this renewed iPhone 14. The phone arrived in excellent condition — clean, smooth, and looking almost brand new. The Midnight color is gorgeous, and the 128GB gives me plenty of space for photos, apps, and everything I need. Performance‑wise, it runs fast, the battery life is solid, and setup with AT&T was quick and easy. For a renewed device, it honestly exceeded my expectations. It feels like a major upgrade without the brand‑new price tag. If you’re considering a renewed iPhone, this one is absolutely worth it. I’m very satisfied with my purchase.

Craps out when showing Face ID icon and when pulling up messages
Works good enough, but there’s physical damage I didn’t expect and it glitches sometimes when it uses Face ID (Face ID icon thing won’t show up when it’s scanning), and sometimes I’ll have to reload a bit of a page when I’m messaging cuz the screen doesn’t respond. Other than that works good enough, which kinda sucks given the price. Kind of have a feeling it’ll crap out in a few months too, given that’s happened before with refurbished phones on here.
