I think it’s just a shimmer no glitter in it.

Q: What if I use this all over my face instead of foundation, and then I swirled some blurring effect finishing powder on top of it? How would that look?

I use this on top of a tinted hydrator instead of using concealer and foundation , I'm 47 and it looks really good and not heavy
