My reason for returning this product is that I was misled by the product image and pricing. The listing creates an impression that does not match what is actually delivered. Charging this price for what is essentially just a tuning key is not justifiable and feels deceptive.The return request has already been approved, yet the agent is now denying it citing that “not all items in the image are being returned.”
