Stone Lain Brasa Modern Stoneware 16 Piece Dinnerware Sets, Plates and Bowls Sets, Dish Set for 4, Green

First of all I want to start by saying that I never leave reviews. In fact this might be the first ever. I read all reviews on this product. After a little hesitation from some of the bad reviews I still decided to give them a try. I am SO happy that I did. Yes the bowls are on the smaller side, I read that in reviews and was ok with that. They ended up being a perfect size for us. They are heavy. They are smooth. The unpainted bottoms are rough and I was afraid to stack them and cause scratching, but I don’t have a lot of cupboard space so I did anyways and zero damage so far. The color is fantastic. I have had ZERO problems with scratching/chipping. I have hand washed and put in dishwasher. Still look brand new. I use metal utensils, no marks of any kind. And I have 3 teenagers eating on them as well. People that complain of knife marks must be trying to cut into the plates because these are hard to scratch. Upon delivery 1 salad bowl had a small chip on the bottom. I went to the company website and requested a replacement. NO questions asked they first class shipped me a new bowl right away and gave me a coupon to shop with them again. Fantastic customer service. I highly recommend. I will buy more of these and would recommend as any kind of housewarming or wedding gift. Couldn’t be happier with my purchase!

I purchased this set of dinnerware in November, 2023. They have only gotten more beautiful with age. The weight, finish and color are all superb. I get compliments all the time, with people especially noting the quality of the glazing. I have had more expensive dinner ware, but none that I have enjoyed more.

Absolutely love my new dishware! It’s heavy, sturdy, and looks fantastic! I’ve had this set for about 4 months and so far, no major issues with scratching or chipping. I live in a single household, so I generally use the same plates and bowls over and over. Whichever one is on top. No issues at all! They work excellently in the dishwasher and microwave, which is always a bonus. I love the look and feel of all of them. A regular plate, a nice bowl for cereal and soup (which I thought was small till I had a bowl of cereal, and no, it’s perfectly sized), and a plate bowl hybrid thing that I wasn’t really sure it’s point, but now I use it all the time! Definitely would recommend! They also shipped to my house, fully intact, no issues there as well

Very nice looking and feeling stoneware! Originally when ordered, we received the the wrong color. They were very helpful in getting us shipping labels and returning the old and shipping the correct color. I bought these for Christmas for my fiance and she absolutely loved them (once we got the right color that is). These do however scuff fairly easily. Coming in and out of dishwasher sometimes can damage the color, exposing the stone. Overall satisfied with the purchase and would buy again.

I just want to say this company is so pleasant to work with. One of the bowls in the set arrived broken. Im not exactly sure if they meant to send a whole new set but they did. I just sent them proof of the broken bowl and they were on it so quickly. Im so grateful for the service i received. And the dishes are so beautifully made. It’s definitely worth the money. My order just arrived, and I am thrilled with that every single piece is perfectly intact without a scratch, a chip, or broken. They were very well packed in fact. There was cardboard between each individual piece, and each type of dish was in a separate box inside of the overall box. Personally, I like the size of the bowls. I know some people mention them being surprisingly small, but I don’t find them to be that way. I prefer a deeper bowl than the wider ones with a lip on them, so this is exactly what I wanted. The color is a beautiful green, my photos are a little bit off from what it looks like in real life. The edges are a little bit wavy, giving it a rustic or artistic feel to it. I really like that. Of course, I can’t speak to the longevity of the items, since I haven’t even washed them yet. But so far I love them.

I will start this review saying this set is beautiful and we love it. Even though I gave it 3 stars. One of the reasons for the 3 stars is that it shows every scratch. It’s not possible to keep this from happening- from the moment you eat one meal on them the small scratches will begin from the silverware. Also, we have been using them for 4 months and one plate cracked Bout 2” from the tip and broke off. Very sad. It was a clean break so we are going to try and gorilla glue it. But they are new enough I should not have to do this. Things we love. The blue color is beautiful! The stoneware is very nice and the imperfections in the stone are very pretty. Each dish is unique. Some people on the reviews have not appreciated the imperfections, but we do. Just know that each plate/bowl might not look “perfect”. It is after all stoneware. So just know what you’re buying. Another thing we love and get a lot of use out of is the larger size bowl. We use it for a lot of meals, salads, and pasta. The big plate is a nice size also. The smaller bowl is pretty deep but not very big. Perfect for things you wouldn’t mind stacked on top of one another. As for cleaning: We hand wash our dishes, so I can’t speak to how they are in a dishwasher. But after handwashing and air drying they sometimes show water marks. They are a matte color, so the scratches and water marks are kind of inevitable I suppose. But, they are easy to clean. They are not cheap feeling. They are heavy duty and nice compared to a lot of dishes on the market nowadays.

UPDATE#2: The customer service of the comoamy company was amazing, they accepted to replace the two broken plates and they’ve already shipped them (received the tracking number this morning). A big thank you. I really love the way it looks alternating coulours. Beautiful dinnerware set. Love it and highly recommend. UPDATE : received the second dinnerware (light green) later on the same day. Another plate damaged !!! I decided to keep both sets as I like how they look overall and the addition on the table, However I contacted the seller for both plates damaged in each set and asked for a replacement at least considering the total amount paid ! Hopefully hearing from them soon. - —————————————————— Delivered today! Shipping was fast and product well packed, however one plate was damaged !!! The colour is brighter than seen in description, but it’s fine for me as I like this green (personal taste) Each plate and bowl is unique with this handmade finish looking. Seems strong and durable.
