If you think all those other plier racks you see listed are the same thing and no different, let me tell you that is not the case. "Its all in the details" as they say, and this plier rack has several very subtle and simple things about it that separate it from the rest. The plastics are high quality plastics with deep rich color, the racks are perfectly spaced to accomodate both small and larger pliers, its assembled very solid as opposed to a lot of the cheaper ones that tilt and dont even stay in place due to poor fitment. The biggest standout feature is the base, which is a really nice rubberized material that keeps your pliers from sliding back and forth, and the groove that they designed it to have so the pliers dont just lay flat, they actually lay in a groove which further keeps the pliers in place. Everything about it for what it is, is fantastic. I honestly wouldnt purchase any other plier rack after holding and feeling the quality of it, and I can guaranteed you won't regret purchasing it.

Can you imagine getting 60 or more hand tools into one tool box drawer and everything being able to be easily found, removed and replaced when done and stored in a manner which avoids clutter, piles of tools? This is the answer to tool box organization. A very well designed product. It has a rubber base so if your tool box drawer doesn't have liners, these organizers will still stay where you put them. They also are shaped to "cradle" the tool to hold it securely, without making the removal of the tool difficult. Reach in with one hand and grab the tool you need. When done, put it right back where it was and you never have to dig through piles of tools nor do you have search for that special item you need. The spacing for the tools is just right. It fits everything from pliers, to pipe wrenches to , well look at my pictures. There is no doubt these are the best tool organizers I have found and ever used. I like these so well, I ended up with 10 units in my new tool box. I know what I am going to give as gifts to those who own tools........Everyone can use these and everyone will benefit from these. I looked and looked for a system to store a variety of tools of various lengths and widths and heights. This is the system. No wasted organizer space. This is one of those simple tools that makes a bigger difference than you’d expect. It does a great job keeping sockets organized and easy to grab instead of digging around in a drawer or toolbox. The no-slip design holds them in place well, but they’re still easy to remove when you need them. Build quality feels solid, and it doesn’t feel cheap or flimsy. It’s a nice way to keep things neat whether you’re working in a garage or just trying to stay organized. I also like that it helps you quickly see what sizes you have and what’s missing, which saves time. For the price, it’s a great addition to any toolbox setup. Bottom line, simple, effective, and makes staying organized much easier.

These are really well made for plastic organizers. There's some weakness with the design. They are made to fit into a 3" toolbox drawer, but if you have a drawer liner in there, they fit but just barely. The top of the organizer scrapes against the top of the toolbox when closing it. shaving off 1/8" from the top would solve this. The organizer is not wide enough front to back. So plier handles put in there, tip up at the back, and can keep your toolbox drawer from opening after you close the drawer. Overall it has some weaknesses. One area I have used it and think it works well is as an organizer for punches & cold chisels etc. Assuming the punches aren't overly long this does a good job of keeping them from clattering around in the drawer. The profile of it allows you to stack punches of a type in once slot pretty easily.

These are some of the best plier organizers you can buy for your toolbox. They fit perfectly and let the draw close in the shorter height US General draws on the 56 and 72 inch toolboxes, but this can limit you with some of your larger pliers that are taller than these dividers and the drawer height. No issues when used with the taller US General drawers. By stacking your pliers vertical, you can get 3X to 4X the number pliers in the same drawer that are easy to identify. Ernst is the OEM organizer for Tekton and has more colors, but you should always check the prices of the Ernst and the Tekton since they are identical. Unlike other plier organizers, the plastic sturdy and it doesn't move around when opening your drawer or removing pliers from the organizer. If you want to create some space in your toolbox for your pliers, I highly recommend this.

These pliers organizers allow so much more room in your toolbox, it really should be mandatory to own at least one of them. I currently have three, and it allows me to store all of my pliers easily and efficiently. Highly recommend!
