I love this cocoa powder. Not too light and not too dark. Add to coffee(not too hot...it breaks down the collagen), Collagen powder, cream and Allulose.....almost a health drink and yummy too.

Good quality and flavor
Was curious how well this cocoa powder would taste, let me say it was amazing. I made homemade brownies and the flavor was perfect. Not bitter, super silky.

Tastes great
This is the best tasting cocoa powder that I have ever had. The price is high, but it is worth it to me to be organic and great tasting. The color is dark and rich. It mixed well, is very fresh, was sealed well, had a great texture, and was mostly cocoa with only one other minor ingredient.
