Hi, it is dry to the touch in about 30 minutes, but it takes 24 - 48 hours to fully cure. Thanks.....

Can I use for mother of pearl tiles?

I would not use this as grout, it does not have the consistency of grout more like calk. It dries too fast and does not wipe off of your tiles.

What square footage does a quart cover for a new project?

Hello, depending on the width of your tile joint, approximately 55 to 80 square feet. A 3/8” joint will be on the low side while a 3/16” joint will be on the high side. Thanks!

Do not buy

The white is a dingy white, and the grout cracks and does not cover well. Used for glass wall tile and have a great deal of experience remodeling and installing tile.
