The pictures show day 6 of sprouting broccoli seeds. By day 6, it was time to move them into indirect light. I used 1 tbsp + 1 tsp of seeds in a 32 oz jar. On the first day, I let them soak for 12 hours (maybe next time I’ll soak them a bit longer). This feels like the right amount for me, as I don't like them to be too crowded. I had a great experience and will definitely continue sprouting more seeds!

Excellent seeds for sprouting!! Looks like almost every seed sprouted, which is better than any other brand I've tried. The micro greens were so tasty!! I grew them in a cloth plant pot filled with compost, raised bed garden soil, and topped off with a thick layer of coconut coir. Makes it easy to pull down the edge of the pot and shear off as much as I need at a time. The cloth pot and the coconut coir keep them very moist. I started my second batch yesterday and I already see signs of sprouting! Wish I had taken a photo before. I'll try to remember to take one and add it later.

Most of seeds are good. It is easy to sprout, but only 3/4 are germinating. The taste of sprouts is not bad. The price is higher than some other similar products.

I love to serve a heaping amount of alfafa with microgreens and from there build my daily salad with whatever I have around (avocado, chicken, tuna, bacon, eggs, cheese etc). Add some seasoning and avocado oil (because its basically tasteless and let the flavor of all other ingredients shine through). Once you get use to it, you need it. Honestly. And though Im not a health buff, I've grown to love this salad on a daily basis.

Seeds are great, also, only 2/3 are germinating. Still great product. They don’t have a smell, taste a little like radish. Very healthy and yummy. Easy to do with the sprout kit from Amazon
