Let Us Walk Tall with Kundalini Yoga

Great Kundalini yoga DVD! I own many of Nirvair Singh Khalsa's dvds (I have all of Ravi and Ana's as well), and this is one of my favorites. It targets the lower back and hips and ends with a lovely mantra, Guru Guru Wahay Guru Guru Ram Das Guru, sung along with Snatam Kaur. It runs about 77 minutes and starts with some warmups, including pelvic grinds, and ends with a nice long deep relaxation after the mantra. I recommend this DVD highly to any yoga practitioner, especially those who practice Kundalini yoga. This DVD is as close to an actual Kundalini class as you'll get. It is more on the relaxing side rather than vigorous, and the breathing is mostly long deep breathing. It's a relaxing practice that will loosen your lower back and hips.

This is such a tough and effective approach for mid life. We sit to much and activity slows down. This will help you stand straight and feel great. If I’m diligent and do this 3x a week for 2 weeks I feel so much better.
