The powder mixes up decently, I would use a totally full water bottle to minimize the slight grittiness. It tastes good, the packets are easy to open and use, and it lasts much longer than energy drinks.

DO NOT SLEEP ON SALUD! We love these! They are delicious and not salty like that "other brand." The energy and healthy vitamins are a bonus. So easy to just pack and go with a bottle of water. We've tried 5 different flavors and haven't been disappointed at all.
