I’ve been using the Milk_Shake Icy Blond Shampoo for a few weeks now, and I’m really impressed with the results! I have blonde highlights, and this shampoo helps to keep the brassiness at bay, leaving my hair with a cool, ashy tone. The formula is gentle yet effective at neutralizing any yellow or orange undertones, which is exactly what I needed for my bleached hair. The shampoo has a nice, fresh scent and lathers up really well. This is a really good product and it lasts a very long time as you don't need to use very much of it. I first started using it when the pandemic hit. I always had my hair professionally coloured but when all the hairdressers closed, I let my Hair grow out naturally grey. The one thing I noticed was that although my Hair was quite a nice colour grey there was a certain yellowish tinge that was starting to appear. This shampoo completely takes that away and my hair now always looks a nice shade of grey.

Blonde hair lightened too much after sun holiday. Left shampoo on 30 secs, got perfect color + amazing shine. Hair is not dry unlike using other purple shampoos. Recommend it. Minus point for slow delivery.

It does exactly as described. And a small amount goes far and is still as effective. It takes the brassi colour out and makes the hair look salon fresh.

I love this shampoo! I use it once a week to keep an ash tone to my hair. It smells amazing, hair is soft and shiny and really does work to keep yellow/ brassy tones away. It is expensive for a shampoo but as only needs to be used once a week and works so well it lasts a long time so is well worth it!

Didn’t do anything for my bleach blonde hair apart from dry it out even more . I have always had my hair bleached by a salon it’s more of a white but have a few dull yellow pieces coming through. Thought I would give this ago after reading the reviews , didn’t do anything for the dull yellow pieces apart from dry my hair out like straw ,

Awesome results, gentle formula, non-drying, pleasant smell. I have very thin textured bleached blonde hair more on the platinum side. I alternate this product with my normal shampoo and leave it on for 5+ minutes. It gives my hair a very nice icy champagne tone when done. I usually use Fanola because Fanola gives very intense purple tones, but it’s so incredibly drying. This Milk Shake product is not drying on my hair whatsoever. I make sure to use a conditioning treatment instead of regular conditioner as well. It’s also better than the Olaplex, Pureology and Joico purple shampoos. It smells just like grape juice or grape soda. But you don’t smell it in your hair after it’s dry. It’s also VERY black. It didn’t stain my shower or hands though.
