Behaves like sugar
I used this to make keto friendly icecream. I also used some to make caramel for almond praline, and it behaved exactly like sugar. It isn't as sweet, though, which I didn't mind, but uou will need to use more if it does matter.

Even after using 3 teaspoons of the product, It is not at all sweet. Not worth the money paid.

Does the job but not very sweet.
Like 50 percent sweetness of sugar imo. But suitable for maintaining good health. Other sugar substitutes such as Erithitol give me gastro distress. However this one does not. So I give it a pass. Just need to use more than you would sugar.

No sweetness
I had to use a big amount (3+ Tbsp) to barely sweenten a cup of a tea and with allulose quantity is crucial as too much of it and it starts to upset your stomach . P,s: I am sensetive to sugar as I don't use it for years now.
