Great tape. Use for guitar work to protect the finish. Worth the extra cost compared to standard masking tape 👍🎸 Excessive packaging. I’m sure there’s a smaller way of protecting the tape in transit!! 😉

I bought two of these - one in August and one in November 2015 each at £7.85 with free P&P. I absolutely <3 this product. Cannot imagine how my D.I.Y. job would have turned out had I not used this tape. As its rather dear in price I decided to see if it can be reused. Take it from me - you can reuse it once, but don even think about reusing it twice (you're just creating more work for yourself XD). So apply, take off, apply again, take off and bin! That's the way to go with this :) One roll lasts for one average sized room. I applied th tape on the ceiling and on the skirting boards, and that used up one roll. In my opinion this is acceptable coverage for the price paid. It does not work for sticking to any sort of surface where there is "body" (i.e. carpet or uneven plastering). I left the tape on for about two weeks (even though it says maximum 7 days), but it still came off nice and clean without any dragging/scratching/bleeding of the (water-based) paint I used. So overall, I am happy to recommend to other buyers and would use myself in the future too, if I am to carry out any more D.I.Y. paining jobs.

I have tried all kinds of tape and I won't buy anything else at this point. Better than Frog or Scotch. A couple of times it has pulled a little paint off the wall but I have used many many meters of this stuff and it is a rare occurrence if the paint underneath has dried for a week. You will see this tip in other reviews but I cannot stress this enough to you: Do not just rely on this (or any) tape to avoid paint bleeding underneath and creating rough edges. Yes the tape does a reasonable job but if you want perfection you should "seal the tape". It's really easy to do -- if you are putting the tape, on say a white wall, then you paint over the tape with some white paint first (enough to cover the joining edge). Seriously, first paint the colour underneath not the new colour. Then when the white is dry enough you paint your new colour over the top. If you haven't tried this before then prepare to have your mind blown at the result. Essentially by applying some of the white paint (or whatever colour is under your tape) first you are allowing that white paint to bleed under/into the imperfections of the tape. When dry it creates a perfect seal that prevents any of your new colour from getting under the tape and spoiling your lines.

Excellent tape! Easy to use and remove with no problems I am an artist so this tape is very important to me ! Worth every penny and will buy more .

After struggling with Frog Tape and others over the years, I was recommended to try Tesa tapes. A very well know brand among decorators and the trade. The sensitive one was recommended as it has just the right amount of tack to get a clean line but without removing any paint when you remove the tape. A big issue when painting walls in a new build house or freshly plastered walls. This tape excelled where others failed. Perfect straight lines with no pulling off paint from already painted surfaces or bleeding through. This is a great tape for doing feature walls for those crisp, straight lines. Expensive, but you get what you pay for. Remember, it’s all in the prep!

I'm a newbie to interior decorating and have tried various tapes but this stuff is brilliant. It is sticky enough to stay on the wall but doesn't pull the paint off... Even when I flaked out and left a section over night. It's thin enough so it doesn't leave an ugly ridge and gives a crisp edge. It's made my attempts look very professional even when I know I'm rubbish. It's very easy to use.. I have a little bit of plastic I use to make sure the edges are well sealed. Overall really pleased with it.

Amazing tape. I have wallpaper on my feature wall which I just love. It's been there for about 8 years and really did not want to change it. I got this tape as i read reviews about all the other masking tape etc and they did not seem suitable. This however is fantastic. Just gently peel it back off. The longest i have left it on the wall was one day. And it came away perfectly. If you know there may be places where the paper is not stuck down enough or say the top or bottom of the paper then just hold that in place and slowly peel away. Highly recommend it.

Worked well on most of what I done but it did peel some of the paint off when it was removed which is disappointing as it’s quite expensive tape.

Das einzige Abklebeband was bei mir in den Aquatell Kunstkursen wirklich funktioniert hat, teuer aber gut.
