I bought this to keep some papers and files for a side gig out of site. The storage ottoman looks good and hides all those documents until I need them. The extra fire protection gives a little extra POM, though I doubt it would hold up long in an intense house fire. For what it is and what I paid, it is worth it!

This is a nice way to store some things I wanted to lock up, and it’s fireproof. The lock is flimsy though and easily broken into. I’m generally happy with it though.

This is a good box for storage. The description is accurate although I thought it would be larger than what it actually is. It is very sturdy and should withstand 250+ lbs without issue as long as the lid is on top. The handles work I haven't tried to use them with weight yet. They seem ok. The zipper lock is by far more secure than other zipper locks I've used. Overall this ottoman/box has a nice well made feel and appearance with a decent price. If it does withstand heat the way it's advertised then it's definitely worth a five star. I'm going to go ahead and give it the benefit of the doubt.

It's okay, storage wise and although it sits lower than I expected, that's not really a problem. However; it's not as sturdy as I expected and the lock mechanism is actually more of a nuisance than a positive. I didn't send it back because it will serve its purpose for now. *** Update March 22, 2026 *** I still like the storage. However, the lid is unfortunately cheaply made and the body is flimsy. All the corners have spilt and if you sit on it, you can feel a little shift. Also, if you have it at the foot of your bed and you attempt to slide it a little, it's not secure. The sides lean in/out and that's disappointing. Anyway, I'm going to have to replace it sooner that I anticipated.

Stool is very well made and excellent quality. The storage is very roomy inside. Bought it for our trailer but good enough for the house. Very modern design and easy to assemble. Highly recommend it.
