Almost hitting 40 and one bad lift led to a bum knee (really a bad quad strain). My PT recommended exercises and also to ice 2-3 times per day, so I bought these to make it easy. These are super convenient, get ice cold and stay cold for about 10-15 minutes depending on ambient temperature. They have helped a lot with the pain. Quality seems high, though I have only used them about a dozen times so far.For reference, I have 17” quads (chicken legs) and ordered a medium and they fit perfectly. The design is easy to slide on and off. Haven’t tried them on my elbows but I’d imagine they’d work on them well, too.Definitely a great value for the price. I’ve recommended them to my golf buddies, too.

Another great idea when you need Ice Therapy. I like the product because it fits nicely on joints unfortunately the cold doesn’t last very long. About 10 minutes and they are at room temperature

Pain & swelling is often remediated with ice therapy. These sleeves are perfect! I keep one in my freezer at home and one in my freezer at work. It’s so easy to just slip one on that I don’t tend to miss sessions of icing. Since I’ve had these, the ease of use increased consistency which seems to have helped tremendously with the pain and swelling. No more fighting with ice packs on top, sides, and under my knee!!

These are absolutely fantastic for sore knees after an intense workout! Would also be great for after surgery. They stay cold for a fair amount of time and are surprisingly comfy!! Very happy with them.

These are great. I ordered Medium hoping they would fit my upper arms and knees, they only fit my upper arm. If you want for both I would order the next size up. They are amazing no more dripping ice and they stay very cold.

I would give it more stars if I could. Currently recovering from knee replacement. This is so nice to be able to move around with and much more comfortable than the ice machine to sleep with!! I sized up a little (size L) to allow room for my wound dressing and wrap and so the compression is gentler. I would order 2 more but I’ve already spent so much on other ice packs so I can’t right now :(. Wish I’d just ordered these from the start!! I’ve had a lot of knee surgeries and used all kinds of ice packs and these rank number 1 so far! Do yourself a favor and order two 2 packs so you have them on constant rotation and always have extra cold ones stashed!

Do not hesitate to purchase! It simply slips on! ~ I've purchased the 2-pk arm/leg gel-sleeves twice (for myself and for a friend's post-surgery recovery) as well as the 2-pk hand gel-glove (for myself). Sooo comfortable, long lasting cooling, maximum body contact, and provides mobility unlike traditional ice packs. Able to ice my elbow every hour when needed with having the second sleeve in the freezer, on the ready. Using them three months now. Yes... amazing products by Artic! ~~ I've tossed out every other contraption I owned (ice pack wraps, velcro wraps and a sling that are near impossible to put on when injured, one handed and in pain)!

The cold pack does not stay cold beyond 5 mins irrespective of cooling time. It was not at all effective and I feel it was a waste of money. Unfortunately I got to use it only today and hence could not provide feedback earlier.

Size shown on size chart is incorrect. Doesnt fit knees also cooling effect does not last long

These are elbow wraps and should not be advertised for use on knees also. The design could have been an open one with a velcrow fixture, for variable application.Also the gel leaks from the band. This can be dangerous, depending on the material used.

Poor product because it cannot stay cool for more than 2 minutes also the size small and useful for thin and skinny people

Doesn't fit my knee at all and there's no returns as well!
