Great price and quality
I was blown away at the thickness of the plate. I was expecting it to be half thickness due to the price. I highly recommend this if you are looking for one.

Holes don’t line up per instructions.
I was able to attach it to my Bosch 1617EVS Router, HOWEVER not using the screw holes on the instruction sheet. It works.

Replaces a Homemade Base that I Use on My Craftsman Plunge Router
Properly machined to allow the use of Porter Cable style templates on my Craftsman plunge router. I had been using a homemade base, but the tolerances in the holes made the homemade base much more difficult to align to the router shaft then this O'SKOOL base which comes with an alignment tool.

Only TWO holes for routers that need FOUR screws holding the base! Whisky Tango Foxtrot!
Only TWO holes for a DeWalt 611 router that has FOUR screws holding the base to it? REALLY? REALLY? Well, looks like there's room for me to MACHINE MY OWN REMAINING HOLES! Then I can send you the bill. HEY - Hire an engineer next time .

Not what I needed, but not the items fault.
It says specifically what routers to use and mine was an off brand cheap router. Didn't fit the router. Definitely not the items fault or manufacturing. Seemed to be a sturdy item, and designed for use with name brands. 4 stars because I couldn't justify any reason not to give it this rating.

Not so universal?
Says universal but it does not attach well to my dewalt router.

Poor quality control
The center hole used mostly for bushings is not true and centered. Thusly bits tend to run out of true with the bushing. This can have a negative effect on your project and jigs and also reeks havoc on router bits.

Good fit
Got this base to use specifically with O'SKOOL's brass bushing set. Lines up perfect with the mounting holes on the router. Seems like good quality materials great price, delivered on time.

Boughten a couple over the years.
Work great, they fit a lot of different routers can be annoying at times trying to figure out which alignment screw holes you need depending on your router.

Hole pattern
Þhe holes don't line up with my router. A better list of those routers that do align would have shown this prior to purchase. It is useless to me unless I buy a new router that fits the pattern. A universal fit would be much better. Not happy.
