OXO Good Grips Angled Baster with Cleaning Brush

This is the best baster I've bought do far. It's massive in size. Easily baste a big turkey. I have many other OXO branded kitchen items and they are the best quality I've ever known. As you can see ifln the photos the nozzle and rubber suction handle can be easily removed for washing. I wouldn't recommend this in the dishwasher incase the markings and measurements become faded or scratched off because I know some items do get scratched in dishwashers. It's easy to wash my hand anyways. It comes with a cleaning brush which is so handy. It also comes with a little plastic stand on the tube part of the baster, as seen in photos. To stop the baster dripping onto the counter top. Simple and easy to use. Great size for the price. Highly recommended purchase for basting all meats!

I recently needed to replace my previous baster and was struggling to find something that looked like it would actually do the job properly. A lot of basters for sale at the lower end of the price point can suffer from clouding and even cracking of the plastic from contact with hot liquids, through to a general inability of the bulb section to actually hold the liquid in the baster without prematurely dripping/pouring it out everywhere. After looking at the others available I finally decided to spend a little more and get the Oxo angled baster. First impressions when I received it were good - the construction is well thought out and executed and in use it both holds liquids well and doesn't suffer from any clouding or cracking of the main clear baster tube in use with hot liquids. My only gripe is that when I was cleaning it (a job made easy and effective since they include a brush!) I managed to drop the removable tip onto a hard surface which unfortunately shattered it. Oxo however were really great - I contacted them asking for cost and availability of a replacement part (i.e. the tip I broke) and instead they sent me a whole new baster free of charge. Excellent customer service! I'm being more careful with this replacement and it's working perfectly. If you want a quality baster that actually does the job for a reasonable cost then I can really recommend this Oxo one and look forward to getting a long productive life from it.

Best baster I could ask for. Yes it can be expensive but it is worth it. It goes in the dishwasher and nothing has rubbed off. It has a little stand so nothing is touching the kitchen surfaces. It's very simple and easy to use. Easy to clean as you can remove the parts. It's light, does not leak, and it's very good quality.

I really like it, it makes basting any roast a breeze and super quick as it's a big tube! Also great for transfering juices to a gravy boat. Only one issue I found out the hard way is that if you fill it then tip it backwards too quickly (to transfer to elsewhere) then all the liquid shoots out the end! I was not expecting this and it must be something to do with the pressure and size of the tube, being thicker by the handle. So just don't tip it quickly to try to catch the liquid lol

I didn't realise how awful my old baster was until I bought this one. It is so good. Easy peasy to suck up all the juices, doesn't spill or drip. I really like the design for putting it down on the worktop when you're finished with it without any mess. I was hesitant to spend so much on a baster when you can get them for a few quid, but with this you get what you pay for - it's so much better and it's worth every penny! Treat yourself.

Good quality product, complete with cleaning tool. Not the cheapest, but very effective. Will just have to see how long it lasts.

As with other OXO Good Grips products, this is very good quality. My previous baster wouldn't hold the water in the tube till you wanted it, this does. I have a high glass jar with an orchid in, and I can use this baster to water it, as I can take up the water, position it in the jar and then squeeze out the water just where I want it to go. Would recommend as a baster and for many other uses.

This is a great bulb pipette. I have various tasks that required 50ml suction that were gentle and repetitive. This does the job fast and smoothly with no trouble at all. It can be cleaned by disassembling the rubber honker and there also seems to be some way to unscrew the tip though this is taped and i havent bothered as yet as it rinses easily without the need of the supplied brush, which is a useful tool nevertheless.

El producto es bueno , solo que tardo 30 días en llégame. Ya había pasado thanksgiving y Navidad y no pude usarlo. Será para el próximo año.

Works great. So much better quality than most. Worth the extra cost. I LOVE OXO products!
