Workforce Pro WF-3823 Wireless Color All-in-One Inkjet Printer

I love having a reliable printer at home instead of having to go somewhere every time I need something printed. I use this printer regularly for printing, scanning and copying, and it has been dependable for my needs. One of the biggest reasons I switched to Epson from my HP printer was that I didn’t want to be tied to a monthly ink subscription. I like being able to purchase the ink when I need it instead of paying a monthly fee. Having a printer at home has been much more convenient for me, and so far I’ve been very happy with this one. It’s especially useful when I need to print something quickly rather than making a trip to a print shop.

Less than a year old and it will not accept Espon print cartridges. I have googled and done everything possible to reboot the printer, but nothing is working

I have waited months to get a response from Epson and have yet to hear back from them. My printer does not print correctly in that it prints pages as if the black head is misaligned when printing to the users left when looking at the printer. This causes the pages to print in something like a double effect on one side of the page being printed. I tried tons of things to get it to work. I tried aligning the heads through the printer program, I tried diagnosing the issue through the printer, I tried removing and replacing the ink cartridge, I tried cleaning the heads. I tried each of these steps multiple times and still it remains. After a couple weeks of trying different fixes including some obscure suggestions through the interwebs I finally contacted customer service. I got 1 reply from them asking if I had removed the tape from the cartridges. I did remove the appropriate ones and told them as much. I got no reply for several weeks, to which I sent a follow up message and still no reply several months later now.

I was shopping for a great office printer for home use when I came across this Epson Workforce Pro WG-3823. I did have to download the software which took a bit but it works perfectly! I can scan to my computer right from the printer by using the printer menu. Copies are crisp and clear in black and white AND color. Works great on wi-fi, no connection issues. It’s easy to use and I would definitely recommend it

great buy im super happy with it, i had a HP business printer for about 5 years and I was unhappy with the cost of my $500 ink. So i decided to just buy another printer with a lower cost of ink. I have the same outcome in the printing, great quality, accurate and bright colors. I was able to print business cards and Sticker labels but you can only add 1 sheet to the printer while printing cardstock or labels or it'll jam. But honestly it doesnt matter to me im just happy i dont have to pay so much for ink now. The sheets take a few seconds to print but this is fine for anyone who doesnt need to rush multiple copies. the sheets do shoot out with force when done printing so the sheets do often fall on the floor but if your sitting near you can prevent it. I am able to print wirelessly from both my laptop and iphone!

Works fantastic, had no issues with it printing or anything yet. Still using the ink that came with it, and I have printed over 100 pages already. Easy to connect the wifi to it, delivered within two days. Only problem I had was trying to figure out how to set it up with my laptop as the instructions aren't very clear on that and if you go to the company page and try looking up the printer it don't show it on the company page at all including using the model etc. But ended up googling the printer information and was able to get clearer instructions on how to get it installed and connected. Otherwise no complaints at all, print quality is very good as well. I highly recommend as we mostly use it for homeschool. So we are using it alot and printing alot! I highly recommend. Not to big and not to small. I love it!

I like it ! I even set it all up myself using the dvd included. I'm not tech savvy so this was a big plus for me.

Excelente produto, chegou certinho e bem embalado. Impressão colorido de excelente qualidade. Valeu a pena a compra. Minha mãe comprou para o escritório e atende muito bem pela quantidade de documentos que ela precisa sem nenhum problema até agora. Indico a compra. Mesmo sendo produto importado, foi entregue dentro do prazo estipulado.

Comprei e fiquei muito insastifeita, nao consegui devolver pous falam de retirar ou levar até a agência, mas pelo código a agência nao recebeu, os cartuchos com menos de 250 impressões acabaram, cartucho de no mínimo 400 pra acabar rápido nao compensa, nunca fiquei tao insatisfeita com uma compra, ta aqui sem eu saber o que fazer com o produto.

É rápida e eficaz mas para se obter um melhor custo benefício em relação a consumíveis e tintas deve se fazer um upgrade. Você sabe.
