Good for ACL rehab or injured persons. I am not a fan for yellow as a beginner after surgery yellow will be better. After each stage increase the kg bands. Quality is better and long lasting.

This bands are very good in quality and yes very good for workouts

The quality of this product is disappointing. The material is very thin and weak, and it tore easily even with light handling (see image). It doesn’t feel durable or worth the price. I would not recommend this product.
