Has anyone used these to mount solar panels on rv roof ?

That's a good question. This track for sure accept 1/4 hex bolts in the T track side. All depends how big are the solar panels. The matter here is when you are on the road.You dont want those solar panels being taken off the roof by the wind.

What are the exact dimensions? The diagram is incorrect including the metric conversions. The interior height can't be 16.8mm if only 10mm high.

Length dimension was not 24 inches. 3/8's on an inch short on both pcs. Some configuration measurements are incorrect.

Buon prodotto, ma non è adatto ai morsetti

Le guide che ho preso erano dichiarate come "usate" ma non hanno aspetto diverso da nuove. La fattura è buona e valgono i soldi spesi. Però ATTENZIONE! Io gli ho presi per usare con i morsetti da T-track e con questo profilo la cosa non è fattibile - sono troppo basse per i morsetti (L'errore è mio - non avevo misurato prima i morsetti). Vanno bene però per le viti con testa a T. Buon prodotto.
