My water pressure is only at 57lb. Want to boost it up to 75lb. Is this do the job?

Yes. I’d have to look at the specs again but it will boost whatever incoming pressure is by 30 or 40. Which is why it’s important to to have a pressure regulator before the pump to ensure the max in pressure doesn’t allow it to boost past whatever your plumber recommends. Think it’s like 80 or 90 psi

Has anyone added a pressure tank with this? If so before or after this pump?

This is a pressure boosting pump. It should be added after a holding tank.
