Are these suitable for night use?

I got these for my Husband, after having his prostate removed. He wears them at night and finds them very comfy, he does wake for a wee in the night, so he doesn't really get them very wet if wet at all. So I can't help as to how much urine they hold. I know straight after the operation he was putting a pad inside as well. Just for his own peace of mind. Hope this helps. :)

I have s wast between 40” and 44” (depends on uk clothes) which size should I order.

For your size i would go for XL. Ive just got my my husband some large ones and you wouldnt fit those.

My Dad has bowel cancer and having trouble with back door trotts.. he’s worried he’ll mess himself. Are these ok for this or just pee?

They have a thick pad going from front to back. My hubby only pees at the moment but l would expect them to do both as long as they're changed regularly.
