I’ve been using these resistance bands for the past few days and have been really impressed with them so far. The bands are great. Each band is progressively more difficult, offering greater resistance and opportunity for strengthening. They are versatile and easy to travel with! The fabric covering is much better, thicker and more comfortable than the elastic of other bands. They are very stable and don't roll easily. They fit snugly.
