I didn’t realize how easy this was to come off and lost mine somewhere go to and from. This is just like the one that comes with it and thought this was a great price.

It does not come with bungy to attach to the Kayak It does not come with bungy for speaker. Also not able to find the other attachments seen in the pictures to purchase. The main picture for the product is NOT what you get at all.

I bought this to fit my new Hurricane Prima 110 Sport, since I can’t reach the deck to use a cup holder there. It’s a little bit big at the bottom but I can see clearly that it can be modified for a snugger fit inn case of capsize. SUPER HAPPY WITH IT!!

To restricting when entering or exiting the kayak. It is handy once you get your shins past it, scrapes the skin off if not very careful.

I used the older model dash with the round storage compartment for a year before getting my own Pungo and receiving the newer model dash. The upshot is I am going to replace the new one with an old one. HERE IS WHY: Pungos are on the heavier side and while the dash does not weigh much, I have a tall minivan and every ounce counts when I am lifting it as high over my head as I can. The new dash screws on and is not easy to removed like the old one. I had no issue with the old one coming off even after my fight in fast moving current with a tree. I got scraped up and had to stand on the tree and flip the boat upside down to drag it out of the branches (and water). The old dash had no problem staying on despite current and branches trying to knock it off so I have no idea why they changed from an easy to remove type of attachment to this screw-on unless people really don't want to detach it. I agree that I would not trust the old one during transport to stay on even though it probably would. It's so easy to detach, why not take it off. The older style "waterproof" latched part might be a reach for someone shorter. I have long arms and it was fine. I read that it might not be waterproof over the long haul but I had no problem keeping my phone in there and it never got wet. But the boat is only 3 years old. Even in that dunk and pull fiasco, no water got in. The new one has the water proof compartment in front and very easy to reach. It seems removable so should it leak, it could be replaceable. I like that. But in the end, although it's closer, it's A LOT harder for me to open and close with my old fingers. I thought this water proof cubby being easier to reach would be enough of an improvement and it would be no big deal to lose the other two cubbies to put things in. (The old style has 4 cubbies on top, new one, two round ones and a slanted partial with a elastic holder for something about fishing probably). If you need them, you will miss having 4 holders. But all I carry on top is water. SOOOOOO The big thing for me is an issue of how I paddle. You can sit back and plink from side to side. It takes more muscles in the arm and shoulder to do that and I think most people do paddle that way. It keeps the paddle handle close to your body. I go stiff and square, using my back and side muscles instead of my shoulders and arms. When trying to catch up or I when I am worn out, I change the angle and get more oomph using different muscles, I go deep and high in a pinwheel sort of Polynesian motion pushing the paddle rather than pulling. It's easier for me since I am not that strong and I can get a good pull going. But not if I have my water bottle in the holder!! Neither of my. better paddling styles work with a bottle of water sitting on the dash. I hit it with either stroke. Both these style of strokes require sitting upright and reaching forward. I don't know if I am doing something wrong but I can't seem to adjust around the water bottle without causing more effort or strain on my body. I have unusually long arms, so take this as a heads up for anyone who paddles like me and has long arms.

Fit well on the Wilderness Systems Pungo kayak and looks good on it being also very versatile and useful.
