Seedball Bee Mix Seed Bombs, 20 Wild Flower Seed Balls to Help Bees

Buying many of these seed tins for gifts great idea many thanks

These seeds took a while to grow and I was a bit skeptical about them growing but some of them are now in bloom and I have seen bees on the flowers. Photos attached.

They are good but don't think id buy anymore. I have scattered a few on a patch of ground in my garden for them to bloom for my bees but not as many come through as i expected. If the price was any higher this would be a 3 star review its only because they are cheap i gave it 4 because can't really complain for the price. They do work not every one but most. Who knows tho maybe some might start coming through at a later date and if that does happen then i will update my review accordingly.

Nice idea and Well received secret santa gift. Seeds were on my recipients secret santa wishlist and this tin was just over the £5 gift price we had set but looked like a nice way of presenting seeds. When it arrived I thought it was very small and worried it would look like a pitiful gift to give. (Although these days theres not much one can buy for a fiver) However the recipient loved it. She somehow found out it was me that was her secret santa and said she cant wait to grow the flowers.

Got Birdsfoot Trefoil, red clover and wild marjoram plus a couple of cornflowers in the first year, the next year foxgloves appeared which was just lovely. Have been able to collect seeds and sow again its the gift that just keeps giving. Now have an area of wildflowers that the bees love and have seen lots of other insects too. The kids love it.

Watched crows fly off with every single one. Gutted.

Not the cheapest bee bmbs available but I wanted some to add to a gift and in their cute tin these fitted the bill nicely

Waste of money . That’s all I have to say ! Was given these but nothing has happened with them. Bought a couple of packets of bee and butterflies friendly seeds which came up quite quickly and a much better display. So in my option don’t waste your money on these.

Ich habe dieses Produkt gekauft um es zu verschenken. Hoffnung bestand darin dass die schöne Metalldose etwas hermacht. Doch leider weit gefehlt. Die losen Sambenbomben liegen lose in der Dose und können sich frei bewegen und produzieren damit eine Menge feinen Erdstaub. Da der Deckel nicht z.B. durch eine Dichtung wirklich dicht ist, wandert der größte Teil dieses Staubes in die Plastiktüte die um die Dose ist. Dadurch wirk die Dose, welche in der Produktbeschreibung wie aus dem Ei gepellt ist, abgeschabt und total dreckig. Also nicht dass was ich mir für ein Geschenk vorstelle. Weiter wurde von Amazon die Dose nur in einem harten Pappumschlag verpackt, so dass durch die rabiate Behandlung durch das Transportunternehmen die Dosen auch noch eingedellt sind. Schade schöne Idee aber an der Ausführung wäre noch zu feilen. Somit geht die wieder zurück.
