Who is End Metal Theft?

End Metal Theft began in the field in 2010, when our founder, a contractor for the City of Peoria, built the first locking cover to stop repeat wire theft. The company formed in 2013, and every product since is built by contractors.

How do your products stop metal theft?

By securing the opening at the point where thieves access the wire or metal. We lock down handholes, junction boxes, and downspout outlets, the most common attack points. If the opening is secured, the theft cannot occur.

Do these really work, or will thieves keep trying?

Our first locking cover was installed at Sundance Park in 2010. Sixteen years later, it's still in place with zero repeat theft. Thieves test it, realize they cannot remove it, and move on. Plastic nozzles have no scrap value, removing the incentive.

Are these products difficult to install?

No. Every product is designed for the field: no complicated steps, no guesswork, no special tools required. Installation is fast, so crews can secure multiple locations on a site without slowing down the project.

Good looking spout

This Plastic Downspout Nozzle and Parapet Overflow was an excellent choice. It looks fantastic in the house, and no one can tell it's not made of metal. Only time will tell if it maintains its appearance. While I do find it a bit pricey for what it is, I'm still happy with the purchase.

Doesn’t fit well. I had to do a lot of sanding on my PVC to make this fit. Does look good after too much sanding to fix the fit issue
