OAKSWARE 5.5 Inch Kitchen Utility Knife, German High Carbon Stainless Steel

This has become my go to kitchen knife, I grab it every time. I love the sharpness and its ease in cutting through any food. The handle and weight feels good in my hand. I thought I would dislike how long it is, but I have found that it is the perfect length for everything. This knife has been a great value and a wonderful addition to my kitchen.

The knife arrives sharp and it seems to hold an edge well. It doesn't rust as we never put out cutlery in the dishwasher or let it stand in water. Looks good and is a great value for the money.

This is my GO TO prep knife. In fact this is my second one of these. The first one a fumbled and dropped on my tile floor and messed up the tip. I have a German made knife that cost twice as much and I still like this one more. Right from the box this thing is sharp enough to perform surgery. If you treat it right it will hold that edge quite well. I like the size, the balance and the weight.

These knives are excellent.. keep an edge.

Handle is a little short for big hands but otherwise than that zero complaints. Sharp as a razor. Don't be lazy just hand wash it. Actually hand wash all of your knives if you want them to last.

This knife is a good weight and excellent sharpness. Feels comfortable in my hand and perfect size for chopping and carving.This is my new go too knife.
