Extremely disappointed

I usually have not taken the time to leave a review for products ordered on Amazon but this time I just had to find the time. I purchased this software to assist me in preparing my son for a standardized test. I was extremely disappointed when the software would not even load up. I am very computer savvy. However, once I downloaded the program it only delivered error message after error message. It actually directed me to an external site called [...] which requested access to my computer in order to determine why the software wasn't working. Reluctantly, I acquiesced only for the Securom site to then tell me it could not help me. The error message reads "Wrong disc inserted. Please insert the original "ThinkAnalogyPuzzlesA1" CD/DVD. Please have a look at [...] for further, more detailed information"I have tried to figure it out for the last hour to no avail. I give up and am returning this ASAP. The customer service is not open right now but I don't feel inclined to consult them at this point. Now I need to find out how to get Securom off of my computer.
