Does what it says on the packaging.

It says it's 0.3cm thick, it's actually 3.75mm thick, which is pretty chunky for a socket surround. Make sure you want something this thick sitting behind your socket.

Cheap and nasty

1. I remember my mother having similar in her house and they were approx 3 to 4 cm bigger than the outside of the light switch socket. These are approx +1cm if you're lucky. Not worth bothering with as a finger plate - I primarily bought them to cover the oversize hole my electrician created in the wall to recess the socket box, prior to fitting splash backs. 2. The edge is not chamfered which doesn't give it a clean edge, they re brutally blunt - same thickness throughout. would not buy again!
