Is this suitable for shoulder length permed hair and how many uses per container?

I have short spiky hair so it's perfect for me but I think if you scrunch the product into your curls it would give good definition. A little goes a long long way, this size tube lasts me two months and I use it at least once a day (evenings too sometimes). You'll not go far wrong with it. My hairdresser uses it and that's why I bought it. Fantastic product.

Dont understand the question. What instructions? It's hair gel. The Webpage does give clear directions - in english - "Distribute 1-2 pumps into your palms, then work into dry hair to texturize or tousle your style. For extra lift in short hair, work into wet hair and blow dry."
