I’ve been really impressed with this cleaning kit. I love that it includes several different tools instead of having to purchase everything separately. The scraper gets underneath the cooked-on food and grease really well, and the handled scrubbers make it much easier to put some pressure on stubborn areas without getting my hands in the mess. Everything was simple to use, and it made cleaning my griddle noticeably quicker. The handles were comfortable to hold and the pieces felt sturdy while I was using them. I also like having different cleaning options depending on how dirty the griddle is. So far, I’m very happy with the quality and would definitely recommend this to someone who uses their griddle frequently.

We haven't found anything that cleans our black stone besides paper towels. I finally found this! I think it works great. It seems really durable, easy to store, the orange sponge material is soft and worn scratch the griddle. They are easy to put together and the handles are the perfect size. Works great good value

Purchased this to cleanup and restore the griddle (rust). Wish I had taken a before picture but can tell you it was about 75% of the surface. Anyway, I think I could have probably accomplished the same results having used a good scrapper (putty knife), and pumice stones/sand paper. I first scraped off as much rust/build up as I could. This took the most elbow grease. I then used the stones (pumice) with the handle/holder to fine tune the removal and smooth out the surface. I found using these with out the holder was easier and more effective. They get worn down quickly. Part of this challenge is seeing your progress through the residue build up so you’ll have to wipe away frequently. I went through 3 stones. The cleaning pad worked fine but could easily substitute a slightly damp paper towel. I pretty much followed Blackstone’s cleaning instructions and used Grapeseed oil (high smoke point and little to no flavor) to re-season the griddle. Have it 4 stars because everything included is well made and will accomplish what it is intended for but because I didn’t really use the pads or handles feel I could have gotten away with what I already have. Have used both sand paper and pumice stone. Much prefer a pumice stone.

We use the griddle nearly every day in the summer for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Getting a good clean was challenging, but no longer, as this kit provided all the tools needed to get the job done. I especially like the scraper, it was strong enough to get a good clean. Great kit!

This is perfectly for what I wanted

The brick easily fell apart, although I was happy with the rest of the tools.
