Guided Relaxation: Divine Sleep

Jennifer Reis is simply the best when it comes to yoda nidra, always relaxing and seems to help me calm my mind's chatter and simply be. She is a gift to this world.... only a small issue is that this is definitely the Series I ordered, but it is not the Series I received. I was planning to give it as a gift as I have this and use it frequently.

Was expecting a little more than usual meditation cds but this was same.

This is simply the most amazing guided relaxation CD I've experienced (and I've experienced many.) I first learned of Jennifer Reis during one of her workshops at Kripalu. I've since bought the CD/mp3 for gifts for many friends and colleagues and for myself a few times as I kept giving away my copy - then as an mp3, and then an mp3 again when I changed phones and lost my music... Well you get the idea - I can't live with out this. It's been instrumental in my life for close to 10 years. I use the Healing Relaxation track whenever I'm not feeling well - it really helps me get my head out of my illness and channel my healing energy towards wellness. It's worked for colds, sore throats, sore backs, wounded knees (ha!), and other various ailments like that. I use the instant relaxation whenever I need a quick meditation and my mind is too busy to quiet itself on it's own. And I use whatever to help me sleep because they all take the edge off and relaxes my mind enough to let go and fall asleep. On here today buying a copy again to send a copy to a friend with a low back injury.
