Really good for improving cognition function
Doesn’t sit right with me unfortunately. Benefits were obvious but I was having emotional crashes. Like being high and having a come down even though I didn’t feel at all stimulated whilst ingesting, if your biochemistry can tolerate it I highly recommend it. The deficit with my adhd is significant and the improvement was wonderful I was able to efficiently achieve my daily targets, hopefully I will find away with it.
