Pre-Seasoned Cast Iron 5 Piece Set, Black

Absolutely loving my new pans. Pre-seasoned, ready to go. I found it slightly tricky cooking eggs for the first time, but there's plenty of help online. Big hint, pre-heat and use butter. I've made pan pizza and a chocolate brownie in them so far as well as normal stuff, and as long as you're greasing the pan first, Absolutely no sticking. Would highly recommend.

Really good purchase. Like the quality and heat retention. Seasoned it a bit and it is doing reasonably well on being non-stick as well. Got this for £66 - so a very good buy. The delivery was quick - adding to an already excellent experience.

My first time owning cast iron so I only have coated teflon pans to compare to. I've had them for a few months and nothing has stuck to the pan. You can feel the quality. However depending on what you are cooking can require more maintenance when cleaning. Most things just require a wipe down with oil, but I have had to re-season a pan because I didn't care for it properly so follow care guidelines and you'll have no issues. However, the pans are also very heavy! Anyone with weak wrists will find them rather difficult to use.

Purchased this set while on promotion over the Xmas period. Only used the pan so far but it makes a huge difference when searing off meat to a normal pan, just tastes better. Trying to get used to the cleaning after as not supposed to use soap water as can strip the seal. Yes, I did seal my self, just a learning curve.

Provide you treat it rust is no problem and that you clean using the metal links. Have cooks fajitas and steaks beautifully.

The items are too heavy. Amazon does not pick up the product. It expect people to carry such heavy items to the post office.

The description included handle covers and pan scrapers which didn’t come in the package.

The first set I got from Amazon had noticeable rust stains on it and damage. Bit I sent it back and got another set which was in great condition So I'm happy. This is actually a great set of cast iron cookware and it will last for ever if you just know how to properly take care of it. I had this same set before but it unfortunately ended up with rust stains due to being left outside by someone when it shouldn't have been. It's worth every penny of $100 considering it will last forever.

Love these pans! Cast iron is the way to go. Super easy to clean. Heats the food evenly. Just be sure to season it each time. Dont use soap to clean it, rinse with hot water and completely dry. The place a light layer of oil on the pans and wipe it off with a paper towel. Then bake at 350 for about 30 minutes. Pans come out looking beautiful!
