This really helped when I was allergic to my shower gel. I should have known better; I tried it when it came out a good few years back and I started to itch all over. I foolishly thought the sensitive would be ok but no not for me. This E45 mousse is amazing and stopped me from tearing my skin. Wonderful stuff. Good value. Highly recommend.

I used this E45 Itch Relief Coolmousse on some itchy skin my son had on his legs, and it worked well overall. The mousse texture makes it very easy to apply, and it absorbs quickly without leaving any sticky or greasy residue. While he didn’t notice a particularly strong cooling sensation, it did help soothe the irritation and reduced the itching noticeably. It’s gentle, effective, and convenient to use, especially compared to thicker creams. I’d happily use it again for mild itchy or irritated skin.

It’s mostly okay. It provides temporary cooling effects by itself and it’s better after putting it in the fridge, but I hate the application. My skin feels sticky after I’ve applied it, so I hate it, but I can imagine this might be good for someone with dryer skin.
