Shelf life is over a year. And ut doesn't need to be refrigerated. So you'll be fine.

Hi! What's the list of items included on this kit?

Hi. This wa bought as a gift so I checked with the person I bought it for. Everything you need is included except for milk (and natural yoghurt I'm the case of Feta) you are able to make upto 20 different types of cheese. Hope this helps. (P'S. He's a true foodie and good cook too and he's really chuffed with this )

Can you make stilton?

No recipes are included for any form of blue cheese.

1. Yes, you can use pasteurised milk. 2. You can use full-fat, semi-skimmed or skimmed. The cheese will be slightly different for each type, but all will be nice. I'd suggest you try both and see which one you prefer. You'll find that full-fat milk makes cheeses that melt better, so it's good for things like mozzarella. But it's really personal preference.
