Is the sleeping bag have Fleece material on the inside too?

This is not a sleeping bag, it is a fleece liner. It's just one layer of fleece material sewn in the shape of a mummy bag which you put inside your actual sleeping bag to make it warmer. You could use it on its own if its v hot outside I suppose but it's not a sleeping bag in itself.

Are these sided or just turn inside out for left or right zip?

They are left hand zip. They have a distinct inside and outside.

What is the width of the liner? Says W 80/50 in the description, not sure what that means.

Its long enough to cover you if you are like 6 foot. HOWEVER.... the material is SUPER THIN. Its basically like a jumper in the shape of a sleeping back. It won't keep ya warm at all, buy a real sleeping bag.
