A Great Introduction to Protein Shakes
I have to say, I really like them. I picked up the variety pack, which I think is the best way to start since it lets you sample different flavors like Milk Chocolate, French Vanilla, and Cafe Mocha to see what you prefer. Despite packing 30g of protein, they don't have that heavy or chalky taste that some nutrition shakes do. They are smooth, easy to drink, and with only 1g of sugar, they don't feel overly sweet. If you are new to protein drinks and looking for a solid option to get started, this is a fantastic choice.

Great variety of wonderful tasting protein shakes. One of the better tasting coffee flavored protein premade shakes. creamy texture, satisfying and filling.

11 ounces of very nourishing tasty high protein drink
I am a retired MD and I drink one of these every day for breakfast or lunch depending on whether I cook breakfast. This has very high 30 grams of protein, 4 g of fiber for stools, only 150 calories and 2 grams of total fat which is very low. It has a full supply of vitamins and minerals but not a full daily amount. It is an excellent supplement and provides 11 ounces of hydration ( a full glass of milk is 8 ounces).

This is my first time trying a variety pack but I am an Ensure fan. I just want to say I'm grateful for you because you make this. I thought the Supreme emperor. Okay maybe I'm just being around the bush I just want to say thank you keep on bringing me ensure and I'll continue to be happy

Good, but Overpriced
I got these because I come home from work around midnight, and usually I'm hungry, but I don't want to eat that late, so figured a protein shake would be better for me. I was excited about these, but for how they tasted (decent, but not scrumptious) and how many came in the pack I do feel the price was not reasonable. I guess the price gouge is because one gets variety in this pack? I don't know, but I do know that I won't be purchasing these again.
