Must-have if you are a newbie or a veteran Tokyo tourist
I lived in Tokyo in the 1990s but post-Covid came back to revisit my old haunts. This updated Tokyo travel book showed me how to maximize my recent May 2023 visit of 10 days. I used this travel book as my North Star. I highly recommend it for anyone visiting Tokyo no matter how many times you've been there.

Doesn't Provide All the Crucial Details
While there are a lot of good tips and a good overall layout of where in the city everything is, there are some crucial details missing, like physical addresses, what public transit stops are the closest to each place, and (for restaurants, especially), a price range of what things cost.

Great physical reference tool
Yep doesn't have hotels but best online these days anyway? Handy to have to mark and tag the families itineraries in - can't do that easily on a phone or tablet (yet)
