Very pleased
Love it, about the third one I have bought now each time we move its a must have, brillaint security for our house plus keeps the kids safe in the garden, good for taking the dog around the side of the house when he is muddy so i dont get shot by the wife. Buttons all work fine in all weathers, i have never fitted my self, but if we move again, would always buy this one !!!

Very good product
The installation was a bit hard, but it works perfectly. We put it on our garden gate and it is perfect. Good value for money.

Unreliable and preformed screw holes don’t work
I’ve ordered 2 of these locks this month and both have needed to be returned. Professionally fitted by tradesmen but the first one, one side locked up so I could get out. The replacement one then couldn’t be fitted as the fitting parts don’t go into the prescrewed threads, they simply jam and you can’t screw it together. Very disappointing.

Easy to install, use and gives peace of mind on a garage door
Extra security for an internal garage door when I exit via the garage.

Fiddly and difficult to fit
My husband is extremely practical and there not many problems he cant solve, however fitting this lock tried his patience to the extreme. I think he spent over 5 hours on it eventually, Once fitted, the lock kept jamming the bolt was stuck inside its holder. Further fiddling seems to have sorted the problem but I wouldn't recommend this lock for home fitting. It needs an expert. Update. After 5 months the lock has failed. Neither the seller nor the manufacturer is willing to take responsibility for it because it was fitted to a garden gate. I would not recommend this product or the seller.
