For all to know that even that some of the music is very nice I like the tunes playedBut sadly it lacks volume I put it on and had to turn it up from 1/4 to 1/2 volume to hear itI then went from my living room across the hall to the kitchen to put the kettle on andcould not hear the music... ? the kettle was louder than the music... what...?Some of the songs are fantastic to play that's why I bought this album...Granted some of the songs are very nice to hear... If you only ever buy one Clannad CD, then this should be it. It contains most of their mainstream hits, the highlights of their screen work, and the choicest cuts from their early, traditional albums, including a couple of tracks that are now almost unobtainable elsewhere. The musicianship is superb, the arrangements faultless, and the songwriting flawless. And to top it all, you have Maire (a.k.a. Moya) Brennan's angelic soprano, so heart-stoppingly beautiful that it sends shivers up my spine every time I hear it - easily the most beautiful voice I have ever heard. Why stop at one album?
