Bought for eldery family member, they love it and use it almost daily. Good weight, good grip material and shape.

These are exactly what I was looking for. Small weights for repetitive movements, convenient to keep in my office for quick exercises. What I like best about these is the weight is concentrated at the hand so it's balanced for small movements. I feel like traditional dumbbell shape causes me to lose form and pull on my joints. I'm an average working mom just trying to maintain what muscle I have and keep strong for myself and my kids. I can see these being really awesome for super active workouts too because of the grip and balanced weight. Best pricing I could find, I actually would've paid a little more after using them (sshhhhhh).

I bought these in the 5 pound size to exercise with. The grip makes it easy to hold.

Love the design of these weights bc of my arthritis . Easier to hold & use . Cushioned for comfort & ease of exercising . Easy to store by my recliner so when watching tv can exercise my hands , wrist , fingers & arms( for my arthritis ) . No assembly needed. Great value for added comfort grips & design. For more than 7 decades I have been into fitness and the martial arts. While browsing online recently I came across this product (JFIT Neoprene 5-pound D grip Dumbbell) and decided to purchase it. It is a single D grip dumbbell but gave me a good toning workout when combined with my other exercise equipment. I am pleased with my purchase.

Pretty simple. Fits ergonomically in the hand for secure use.

These worked out great for my broken elbow. They really helped my arm a lot. I could hold it easy as well. I like the coating on the outside , as it makes it nonslip. I was using them to get my arm to straighten more .

easy to use not to heavy for me,

I purchased the 3 lb version many years ago, felt great in my hands, always wanted the heavier version. I now have arthritis in both hands, I found the shape and weight distribution of these weights quite comfortable, they are easier to pick up and grasp than regular weights
