Good bulb
Unfortunately, although the bulb itself was the right size, the outer glass was too big for our oven, so we couldn't fit the bulb in. We're looking for the same fitment but a smaller glass bulb. Delivery was excellent.

DO NOt buy for oven use - they fail in weeks
I have bought 2 packs of 2 of these bulbs one in April and one in August. All have failed after just over 1 month of relatively short oven time per week. I ordered the second set as in August in the naive assumption that I had received a bad batch the first time and as we had a lot of baking to do for a family event and I didn't have time to hunt around, it was easier to hit reorder from Amazon. As stated in other reviews these do not appear rated at 300 degrees. I can find no reference to the temp on the box or bulb - the only reference to a 300 on the box is an faintly written 300 which on further close examination refers to lumens.
